1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy of the Dzhelepov Laboratory of Nuclear Problems (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) has been prepared in accordance with the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No 152-FZ “About personal data”, determines the policy of the personal data operator, the Dzhelepov Laboratory of Nuclear Problems, being a subdivision of the Joint Institute of Nuclear Research, acting on the basis of the Regulation of 25.11.2014 and having its seat at 141980, Russia, Moscow region, Dubna, Joliot-Curie, 6 (hereinafter referred to as DLNP), with respect to processing of personal data collected using the DLNP website: https://www.dlnp.jinr.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Website) and contains the information about the DLNP requirements for protection of such personal data.
1.2. DLNP processes personal data of the following categories of subjects whose personal data can be collected using the Website:

unregistered users;

registered users;

event participants (not being registered users).
1.3. The processed personal data of unregistered and registered users of the Website, as well as of event participants, contain all information provided to DLNP by users using the Website, including their filling in the corresponding data fields on the Website.
2. Purposes of Personal Data Collecting and Processing
2.1. DLNP will process personal data of unregistered users for the purpose of their communication with DLNP.
2.2. DLNP will process personal data of registered users for the following purposes:
1) their use of the Website, which includes:

providing users with reference information,

providing users with advice on DLNP activities,

supporting users,

increasing the Website usability;
2) promotion of DLNP activities by contacting users directly,

2.3. DLNP will process personal data of event participants for the purpose of their involvement in events, which includes:

providing users with relevant materials before and after events.
3. Procedure and Conditions for Personal Data Processing
3.1. DLNP may process personal data with or without automation tools by collection, record, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updates, changes), extraction, use, transfer (of access), blocking, deletion, destruction.
3.2. DLNP has the right to transfer personal data to third parties or entrust the processing of personal data to third parties if it is necessary to achieve the purpose of their processing in accordance with this Policy, as well as in cases covered by the current legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.
3.3. DLNP will carry out the processing of personal data no longer than the purpose of their processing requires, unless other terms are provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.
4. Protection of Personal Data
4.1. DLNP responsibly approaches the issue of protecting the collected personal data, implements the requirements for their protection by taking a set of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of the obligations provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.
4.2. However, DLNP is not responsible for the receipt of personal data by third parties by gaining access to personal accounts of registered users. Registered users of the Website are obliged to independently ensure the safety of data needed to access their personal accounts.
5. Consent to the Processing of Personal Data and Applicable Clauses
5.1. The Website user freely, by his own will and in his interest, provides to DLNP his personal data, as well as personal data of event participants in their interest.
5.2. By accepting the terms of this Policy, the user of the Website hereby confirms that the personal data provided by him are reliable. DLNP presupposes that the Website user provides reliable personal data and keeps them up to date.
5.3. By filling in the data fields on the Website, the Website user accepts this Policy and gives his consent to the processing of his personal data in the manner and under the conditions specified in this Policy.
5.4. By filling in data fields in relation to event participants, the Website user guarantees the consent of event participants to the processing of their personal data in the manner and under the conditions specified in this Policy. In this case, the Website user also undertakes to notify these event participants about the transfer of their personal data to DLNP and guarantees this notification.
5.5. By accepting the terms of this Policy, the Website user confirms that he is aware of his rights and obligations provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data, in particular the right to access his personal data, to withdraw his consent.
5.6. If the Website user does not intend to provide personal data or does not accept this Policy, then DLNP will not be able to guarantee the user the provision of the full functionality of the Website.
6. Collection and Processing of Other Data
6.1. DLNP may collect information about visits to the Website by users without providing relevant information by the users themselves. Such information can be obtained using various methods, means and tools of Internet statistics and settings (in particular by cookie files, such services as Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, LiveInternet). DLNP may use such methods, means and tools to improve the Website: to develop functionality, to identify problem areas, to optimize, to announce events using the mailing list, as well as to improve the usability of the Website by creating profiles of registered users. However, such methods, means and tools are not used to identify unregistered users.
6.2. If the Website user does not agree that cookies are stored on his device, he can independently disable this option in the browser settings. Stored cookies can also be deleted at any time in the system settings of the browser. The Website user can change the browser settings to accept or reject by default all cookies or cookies from certain sites, including the Website.
6.3. Disabling some cookies may make it impossible to use certain sections or functions of the Website.
6.4. If the Website user does not agree with the use of methods, means and tools of Internet statistics and settings, he may stop using the Website. In this case DLNP will not be able to ensure for the user the use of the Website.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. This Policy is subject to change or addition in cases of making corresponding changes or additions to the current legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data and can also be changed at any time at DLNP’s discretion. The current version of the DLNP Policy is always available for viewing by an unlimited number of persons on the Website at the permanent web address: www.dlnp.jinr.ru/privacy.
7.2. All relationships involving DLNP concerning the processing and protection of personal data and not directly reflected in this Policy are regulated in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.
