As I have already told you, all the efforts to construct the Neutrino Telescope could have been lost if the Telescope could not be supplied with power, and if we could not read out its signals. We can do this using the bottom cable. To lay this cable onto the bottom is a sophisticated mathematical and practical problem.

Four odd machines, two of them, manufactured specially and exclusively for the Baikal Neutrino Telescope, work synchronously to lay the cable.
